By using our platform, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Payments & Wallet System

3.1 Payment Methods

• All payments are processed securely within diffed.gg.
• Supported payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other platform-supported options.

3.2 Non-Refundable Payments

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Instead, payments are credited to the diffed.gg wallet, a virtual in-platform account used to book future sessions.

3.3 Wallet Rules

• Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside diffed.gg.
• Unused wallet funds remain indefinitely, unless the account is terminated for violation.
• Wallet balances have no interest and no cash value outside the platform.

3.4 Examples of Wallet Usage

• User purchases a €50 session but cannot attend → €50 is credited to wallet.
• User can later book a session of €50 using wallet funds.
• If session costs less than wallet balance, the remaining funds stay in the wallet.

3.5 Multiple Sessions & Wallet Splitting

• Users may book multiple sessions simultaneously using wallet funds.
• If a session is canceled, funds remain in wallet.
• No partial refunds outside wallet system are allowed.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, coaches, or teammates.
• Attempt to exploit or hack diffed.gg systems.
• Misrepresent identity or session intentions.
• Use the platform for activities outside coaching and teammate sessions.

4.2 Reporting Misconduct

• Report violations through diffed.gg support.
• Diffed.gg may suspend or terminate accounts violating conduct policies.

4.3 Fair Play & Session Integrity

• Follow coach instructions and session guidelines.
• Misrepresentation of skill level, cheating, or harassment will lead to penalties.

4.4 Scenario Examples

• User continuously disrupts sessions → account suspension.
• User reports abuse → investigation, resolution, or potential refund of wallet funds (if applicable).

5. Coaching & Teammate Services

• 5.1 Service Scope: Coaching provides skill improvement guidance. Teammates assist in collaborative sessions.
• 5.2 No Guaranteed Outcomes: Progress is dependent on user effort and adherence to guidance. diffed.gg does not guarantee victories, rankings, or in-game achievements.
• 5.3 Session Rules: Users must respect session schedules. Coaches and teammates may terminate sessions early in case of misconduct.
• 5.4 Reviews & Feedback: Users can leave anonymized reviews after sessions. Reviews may be displayed publicly. diffed.gg moderates content to prevent offensive material.
• 5.5 Scenario Example: User pays €30, attends session with Coach, leaves review, cannot attend next session → €30 credited to wallet.

6. Intellectual Property

• 6.1 Platform Content: All diffed.gg content is owned or licensed.
• 6.2 User Content License: Reviews/feedback grant diffed.gg a worldwide, royalty-free license in anonymized form.
• 6.3 Restrictions: Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
